Family Home

Grange House is a refined family residence defined by classical proportion and contemporary softness. Arched openings, curated stone surfaces, and layered textures create a home that feels elegant yet deeply livable.

A textured white façade and dark-framed windows establish a timeless street presence, softened by arched glazing and traditional rooflines. Internally, herringbone timber flooring, sculptural lighting, and marble detailing introduce warmth and refinement. Large openings connect living spaces to the pool terrace, while curved forms and fluted joinery add subtle depth throughout.

T

he marble kitchen island becomes a sculptural centrepiece, its dramatic veining wrapping seamlessly over curved fluted panelling.

Brass tapware and statement lighting introduce warmth against the crisp cabinetry. This interplay of stone, metal, and form elevates a functional space into a refined focal point.

Grange House is conceived as a contemporary interpretation of classic residential architecture. Externally, a textured white façade, dark steel-framed windows, and gentle rooflines establish a confident yet timeless presence. Arched glazing softens the geometry, introducing a recurring motif that continues within.

Inside, the material palette balances elegance and warmth. Herringbone timber floors ground the living areas, while sculptural lighting and detailed wall panelling add refinement. Marble features prominently throughout, from the fireplace surround to the expansive kitchen island, where expressive veining and curved fluted detailing create a strong visual anchor.

The layout prioritises connection and comfort. Generous glazing opens to the landscaped yard and pool terrace, allowing indoor and outdoor living to merge effortlessly. Soft furnishings, layered textures, and natural light ensure the interiors feel welcoming rather than formal.

Through proportion, repetition, and material consistency, Grange House achieves a cohesive architectural language that feels enduring, considered, and inherently suited to family life.
