2020 Vision

My2020 Optometrists presents a refined retail environment where warmth, precision, and brand identity converge. Timber detailing, integrated lighting, and clean architectural lines create a space that feels contemporary, welcoming, and carefully resolved.

The interior is anchored by warm timber wall displays with integrated linear lighting, creating rhythm and depth along the perimeter. Central display islands introduce light-toned framing and stone surfaces, contrasting the darker cabinetry below. A curved reception counter with fluted detailing reinforces brand presence, while the suspended acoustic ceiling elements guide circulation through the elongated floorplate.

ustom shelving integrates concealed LED strips within each timber shelf, evenly illuminating product displays while emphasising material texture.

The eyewear display tables feature inset timber rails atop stone surfaces, providing organised presentation with tactile refinement. This layering of light and material enhances both functionality and visual clarity.

My2020 Optometrists is conceived as a contemporary retail space that balances brand clarity with material warmth. The elongated layout is structured by rhythmic timber wall shelving, each integrated with linear lighting to highlight product displays while creating depth and cohesion.

Central display islands introduce a lighter material palette, pairing stone benchtops with timber cabinetry to provide contrast and tactile quality. Carefully detailed inset rails organise eyewear presentation, reinforcing both practicality and refinement.

At the entry, a curved fluted reception counter establishes a welcoming focal point, prominently displaying the brand identity. Above, suspended acoustic ceiling elements run the length of the store, guiding movement while improving spatial comfort.

The considered interplay of timber, light, and clean geometry creates a retail environment that feels professional yet approachable. Every element, from shelving to joinery detailing, contributes to a cohesive experience designed to elevate product display and customer engagement.
